The Magazine Format/Content
Chocolate Connoisseur Magazine is created each and every month as an E-zine.
The magazine content is published exclusively on the Chocolate Connoisseur Magazine website, requiring a login. Logins are included as part of each subscription or single issue purchase, instantly giving you full access to ensure a top tier and seamless reading experience.
The magazine menu is initially accessed via each issue’s Content Center, which for individual purchases is downloadable as a PDF (pre-OCT ’19 content) or is viewable online (OCT ’19 issue and beyond), and for annual or monthly subscriptions is also sent initially to subscribers as an email.
Once you navigate to an article on the site, all other articles in that issue are accessible via the Issue Menu at the bottom of each article, making it quick and easy to navigate each issue online — all via your desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc.

Purchasing a Chocolate Connoisseur Premier Membership gives you automatic access to every single chocolate offer we publish during the twelve (12) months of your membership. Purchasing a Monthly Subscription of Chocolate Connoisseur Magazine gives you access to the current issue. Monthly Subscriptions then automatically renew each month, ensuring that you never miss a single issue, and you can cancel anytime to prevent future billing.
Purchasing a single issue of Chocolate Connoisseur only gives you access to the one issue you purchase.
Accessing Subscriptions and/or Single Issues
In order to access your issue(s), you will need to login with your ChocolateConnoisseurMag.com Login and Password, which you create when purchasing your magazine(s). Each single issue grants up to three separate Content Center downloads to allow for any technical issues you may encounter, etc. If you try to download your Content Center PDF (pre-OCT ’19 issues only) a fourth time, you may be denied access, and if so, you will need to contact us at support@ChocolateConnoisseurMag.com for further assistance, but you will still have access to all the issue content itself on the site (https://chocolateconnoisseurmag.com/chocolate-blog/issue-content-subscribers/)
Unless otherwise stated, Chocolate Connoisseur requires payment in full at the time the order is placed. We accept several different payment options, currently via either PayPal or Stripe. We will not be responsible for a delay in magazine access if your credit card is not approved.
Refunds and Returns
Because we offer instantly accessible digital content, Chocolate Connoisseur does not offer refunds or returns. You may cancel at anytime, however, and will not be billed again.
For physical products, however, we offer a 30-day return policy. Just contact us here for any returns.
Value Added Tax (“VAT”)
Mightier Pen is a non-European Union (“EU”) company with no VAT registration. Mightier Pen and GearBeyond are not registered with the EU, and no VAT or other taxes imposed by the EU are applied to any payments.
3. Account Deletion
Permanently Delete Account
Your account may be permanently deleted at any time by requesting and confirming such permanent deletion via email email@example.com.
PERMANENT DELETION REQUESTS RECEIVED VIA EMAIL ARE NOT CONSIDERED FINAL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM OUR SUPPORT TEAM. Cancellation/permanent deletion requests by telephone, fax, postal mail, or other means of communication cannot and will not be accepted or effective.
The cancellation/permanent deletion of your account will immediately result in the deactivation and deletion of your account. No content or information can be recovered once your account is cancelled/permanently deleted, and you assume all responsibility for preserving any content or information on your account prior to its cancellation.
Mightier Pen Marketing may retain content or information from your account after cancellation/permanent deletion in backup and/or archival copies of Chocolate Connoisseur Magazine and related databases, but such copies, if any, will not be available to you. You may request in writing that Mightier Pen Marketing delete any such copies from your account, and Mightier Pen Marketing will make a reasonable commercial effort to timely delete such copies of your account after such a request is made, verified and confirmed.
