How To Make a S’mores Martini

Straight from the pages of Chocolate Connoisseur, here’s a delicious recipe for a S’mores Martini. You enjoy s’mores by the fire on a cool Fall or Winter night, and of course you enjoy a great martini.

Now it’s time to take all that chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker goodness and put it together with your favorite spirits for an absolutely wonderful S’mores cocktail!

The following recipe yields one serving in a 9 oz. Martini Glass

S’mores Martini (S’mores Cocktail)

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce chocolate vodka
2 ounces marshmallows vodka
1 ounce chocolate liqueur
1 ounce crème de cacao
2 ounces heavy cream

GARNISH
Toasted marshmallow
Crushed graham cracker
Chocolate syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
Spread chocolate syrup onto a plate.

On a separate plate, spread the crushed graham crackers.

Take your martini glass and dip the rim in the syrup and then onto the crushed graham crackers.

Toast a marshmallow on a skewer and set aside.

In a shaker, combine the vodkas, liqueur, crème de cacao and cream with ice.

Shake until well blended.

Pour into prepared glass and garnish with toasted marshmallow.  ENJOY!
