Award-Winning Chiang Mai, Mae Tae Single Farm Bar (55g)

Organic cacao beans from a private farm that Kad Kokoa works with and purchases from directly in Mae Tang, Chiangmai are made into craft chocolate bars with floral notes of honey and a sweetness of green grape and jackfruit.

Ingredients: Cacao 70% and Organic Sugar 30%

Chumphon 70% Dark Bar (55g)

Champion, a gateway to the South of Thailand, is situated in the Champion Horticultural Research Centre, responsible for R&D by the Thai government for robusta coffee, coconuts, and cacao.

Kad Kokoa helps the Centre provide know-how for fermentation of the beans, which can be taught to collectives and farmers in the region. The 2018 Chumphon origin was very limited due to a typhoon, so it’s considered a rare vintage. Very unique tasting notes of graham cookies, chocolate brownies, and nut.

Ingredients: Cacao 70% and Organic Sugar 30%

Prachuap Khiri Khan 70% Dark Bar (55g)

Located in the narrowest part of southern Thailand, this province is famous for its pineapple and coconut plantations. Tasting notes include light fruit, particulary pineapple, with a middle tone of coconut.

Chantaburi 70% Dark Bar (55g)

Located in the East of Thailand, near the Cambodia border, this province extends down to the Gulf of Thailand. The beans from Chantaburi offer unique characteristics of dry fruits and sweet sugar.

Crunchy and toasty shiso seeds sprinkled on 58% dark single origin gives this bar a beautiful texture & fine aroma (dairy-free). Pairs well with a good Oolong Tea, dark Coffee, or Junmai Ginjo Sake.
